To maintain a healthy and active life we have to make a diet plan. Please, don't think about tasteless streamed broccoli and boring tasteless dry chicken. I would like to assure you that healthy food menu in this article is not tasteless and boring. This article will help you to do plan for a tasteful healthy diet.  Let's see the tips-

  • Fill up your diet chart with colorful fruits and vegetables : Green fruits and vegetables contain iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K which are very good for blood and respiratory tract. These are also good source of fiber.
 
  •  Cut up the unnecessary fats and fast food from your food menu. Fill up your food menu with healthy fats. Include monounsaturated fats from plant oils such peanut oil, canola oil, almond oil, olive oil and many more to your food stuff, You can take polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids) from salmon fish, herring fish, mackerel fish, sardines fish and many other fatty fishes. These oils are very useful for your health. Soya bean, sun flower, corn and flax seed oils are also the source of polyunsaturated fat.
  •  Take healthy carbs such as whole grain, cereals, corn, beans etc. Refined carbs such as bread, pasta, breakfast cereals are not healthy carbs. Healthy carbs break down slowly, maintain glucose level and keep insulin level stable. Avoid unhealthy carbs such as white flour, sugar, white rice to avoid quick breakdown, spikes in blood glucose level and imbalance of insulin level.
  • Take different types of healthy protein food. Low protein food causes slow growth, decrease muscle mass, low immunity, weaken heart and breathing. It's essential for children and young people whose bodies are growing and changing day by day. Proteins found from black beans, garbanzos, lentils, soy milk are good choice.
  • Cut up salted food stuff, sugary nuts and refined beans. Avoid cold drinks and all kinds of soft drinks. Take a lot of fruit juice instead of soft drinks.
