  • You should apply moisturizer before using shaving cream. Moisturizer absorbs onto skin while shaving foams usually sit on top.   • Include trimming your hair from nose and ears in regular grooming routine. 
  • Try to wash your hair 2/3 days in a week with mild and herbal shampoo. Avoid the shampoo which contains harsh chemical ingredients such as alcohol. After shampooing use conditioner to maintain healthy and glowing hair. Avoid very hot and very cold water in washing, both are harmful for hair and scalp.
  • Brush your teeth twice a day, at morning and before going bed. After brushing you must follow flossing and using mouthwash.
  • Before going bed you should clean yourself, it's better to take hot water shower before sleeping. This will give you a fresh feeling and comfortable sleep.
