5 Easy Health Tips For Desk Workers

Are you a desk jobholder? If you are working on chair in front of computer eight hours in a day, 5 days in a week , now it's time to look at yourself as well as your health also. I've got some easy tips to maintain a good health for you. 

More or less we all know about the bad effects of prolonged sitting, then again I'm showing you :-

  • The persons used to prolong sitting have increased risk of cardiovascular diseases same as a smoker.
  • Prolonged sitting causes obesity due to lower metabolism and less calorie burn because of not using muscles.
  • Too much sitting and lying down hampers metabolic functions and cause some cancers also, such as breast cancer, colon cancer.
  • Sitting for a long time can cause fatty liver disease and diabetics also.
Now what to do? Relax and follow the following tips I'm giving...

1. Start your day with a cup of warm cool water, honey and lemon juice. Drinking it everyday helps you to flush out body toxin and extra fat also.
2. You have 24 hours in a day, right? Please, don't say the bullshits like "I'm busy all day long that's why can't manage time for exercise". Try to manage 1 hour for morning walk, jogging or any kind of free hand exercise, if you have shortage of time then manage at least 45 minutes everyday for physical exercise. That will help you a lot, no doubt. Especially I'm talking about the women who stays at home all day long, please manage time for exercise in morning or evening whenever you want. I understand, you have many things to manage in home, it's too tough to manage, but you have to do that if you want a good health.
3. Take some fruits in your bag. In office your co-workers will offer you many kinds of tasty snacks, please, politely say them "NO". Replace your snacks with fresh fruit. Whenever you are hungry, take fruits.
4. Cut off soda and beverages from your daily food menu. Replace that with plain water or coconut water.  Coconut water is full of naturally occurring 19 minerals. If it's not available then take plenty of water. It will help you to flush out body toxin and fight to prevent obesity caused by prolonged sitting.
5. If you have 30 minutes in lunch break, divide your time for lunch and after lunch move around also. Take 10 minutes for lunch, then move around for 10-15 minutes. Try to do some light exercises for 5 minutes in every one or two hours interval.
