All of us know the proverb, "health is wealth". The proverb is obviously true. Good health is obviously a valuable wealth of human. Sometimes various kinds of diseases hampers our normal body function. I would like to give you some tips and tricks to maintain a good health.
- Regular Exercise: Exercise improves blood circulation and also keeps free from various diseases just like cancers, osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases etc. Exercise helps to keep our stress level hormones under control, which in turn will help to strengthen our immunity. We must do exercise everyday at least 30 minutes to maintain a good health.
- Positive Thinking: If we wake up in a sad or damn mood, then our stress level hormones get elevated even before we start our day. It makes us more vulnerable to the germs we are exposed all day long. Therefore, we need think positively and try not to pay heed to the negative thoughts that come to our mind. It will help us to stay happy and healthy.
- Take Plenty of Water: All of people know that water makes up our body more than 50%. Everyday we should take plenty of water to wash away the body toxins and maintain the normal body functions. At least 8-10 glasses are needed for a human body. Besides that, we can take water containing food just like fruits, juice, soups etc. to maintain the adequate water level of our body.
- Find and eat an adequate amount of protein: Decide for yourself if you need animal or non-animal sources of protein or both. Most active adults need about 45-60 grams of protein per day. This will change dependent on activity level as well as age itself. One egg, that’s approximately 16 grams of protein. A half cup of beans, about 7 grams of protein.
- Keep your brain active: Play chess, meet online friends, read books, learn to play a musical instrument or explore the world of sport hacking. Keep busy doing anything that stimulates mind and keep it versatile and active. This will not only prevent one from boredom but will also contribute towards a healthier and productive lifestyle.
- Have a sound sleep: Sound sleep is a must to give your body the necessary jump start for the next day. A minimum of eight hours sleep for adults, 10 hours for children and 12 hours or more is required for the infants for whom the normal growth period occurs during sleep hours.
- Maintain a healthy weight: Excess body fats increases the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, heart diseases etc. By maintaining a healthy weight you can be able to be free form these kinds of serious health disorders.
