We all know about melanin, the pigments on which depends skin color of people. You looks fair or dark, it depends upon genetic and environmental causes. Fair skinned people always spend much time and energy to be tanned while the dark skinned people want to be milky white skinned. However, in the Asian region people love to become fair same as people of subtropical regions. They prefer white skinned people. As a result, simply a black skinned girl ignored by people. The black skinned girl's parents then discuss about getting an alliance for their dark skinned daughter. The girl starts using a fairness cream and become a fair and beautiful angel. This is the common advertisement of a fairness cream. Is it really possible to get proof of the result shown in television advertisement?

- The first thing is to know about your types of skin. Is your oily or dry or normal? Different types of skin need different types of care. We must do exercise everyday at least 30 minutes to maintain a good health.
