What Are The Dangers of Antiperspirants & Deodorants?

Antiperspirants contain a mild and less efficient process of diminishing the negative effects of hyper-hydrosis and reduce the production of sweat by targeting apocrine and eccrine sweat glands. Most of the people use non medicated antiperspirants. There are many researches that indicate about the cancer causing ingredients of antiperspirants which prevent from sweating by blocking sweat pore. Many companies state that their antiperspirants and deodorants do not cause cancer. Do you believe it? 
Most of the antiperspirants contain aluminium that is linked with Alzheimer's disease and breast cancer. When anybody shave the under arm and use antiperspirant, she/he is exposing her/his body to aluminium which leaks through the broken skin and travel through the lymphatic and nervous system. It is known to all that aluminium inhibits the growth of bacteria which causes body odor. There is another toxic chemical named paraben. The persons who are used to clogg their pore by using antiperspirants, they may suffer from various diseases. Body releases toxin by sweating.  If these toxins none where not to go, and then support on your system and invade healthy cells, causing the breakdown of your immune system. In this case, deodorant is better than antiperspirant, because this does not clogg the pore and decrease body odor. But, deodorant also contains harmful toxic chemicals.
Here's some useful tips that will keep you free from bad odor :
  • Avoid the food stuff containing excess oil and sharp smelling herbs distinguished.
  • Take a bath or shower minimum for two times a day.
  • Shave armpits regularly.
  • Take some white vinegar or lemon or lime juice and apply to your armpit. This will help you to keep yourself free from bad odor. But, one thing must keep in mind, do not do this after shaving. 
  • Take essential oil such as jasmine oil, chamomile oil, orange oil, rose oil and various kinds of oil which you like most, mix 10-12 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of water, and apply this mixture. This mixture is also effective to control body odor.
  • Avoid wearing the cloth which is tight, wear cotton cloth that absorb sweat and better for air circulation flow. 
  • Make a habit to take a shower after daily exercise, this will keep you fresh.
