Avoid unhealthy carbs such as white flour, sugar, white rice to avoid quick breakdown, spikes in blood glucose level and imbalance of insulin level.
- Take different types of healthy protein food. Low protein food causes slow growth, decrease muscle mass, low immunity, weaken heart and breathing. It's essential for children and young people whose bodies are growing and changing day by day. Proteins found from black beans, garbanzos, lentils, soy milk are good choice.
